David Jenkins secured his second British Truck Racing Championship title at Brands Hatch, 15 years after claiming his first. Driving a MAN TGX, the Stafford competitor benefited from a consistent season and took control of the championship during the decisive weekend of Brands Hatch’s centenary season.

Jenkins moved into a strong position after winning the rerun of the opening race and then taking victory in race two. Fifth place in race three was enough to trigger celebrations for his team. Stuart Oliver won the third and fourth races, while the final contest was abandoned in near-darkness after two red flags. Three completed racing laps confirmed Simon Reid’s Iveco as the winner, with Callum Eason taking the Division 2 title in his MAN.

The Pickup Trucks championship was decided across four races, including one carried over from Donington Park. Aaron Thompson, Allen Cooper and Dale Gent entered the weekend in contention, but Thompson’s title hopes were damaged by mechanical problems despite one victory. Cooper ultimately claimed the championship after a stoppage in the final race, when a car stopped at the first corner just as Cooper came to a halt with a broken throttle cable.

Chris Brockhurst took his first Pickup victory in the opening race after a chaotic final lap, while Cooper finished second and Gent was fourth after receiving a double track-limits penalty. Gent won the postponed Donington race, and Thompson later took race three despite continuing mechanical issues. Aidan Hills won the finale, but Cooper’s seventh-place finish from the pit lane was enough to secure the title.

Callum Newsham won the TCR UK championship after rival Max Hart suffered engine problems in qualifying. Newsham led the opening race from start to finish in his Hyundai. Hart returned strongly with a new engine and gearbox to win race two from the back row, but Newsham’s victory in the finale settled the championship despite finishing sixth in the second race.

Dave Marshall and Alistair Camp were the leading Civic Cup title contenders in the opening contest, finishing first and second. Camp recovered from a first-corner incident in the partially reversed-grid race, but he needed victory to keep his championship hopes alive. His recovery to eighth was not enough, leaving Marshall as champion.

Alex Keens retained the Mini Challenge Trophy title for a second consecutive year. Josh Selvadorai beat Keens in the opening race, while Graves Motorsport team-mate Matt Luff finished third. Luca Marinoni Osborne won the second contest, with Luff second and Keens sixth.

Selvadorai won the finale to secure the rookie championship. Harry Smith finished ahead of Luff and Keens in the battle for second, but Keens’s result was sufficient to make him a double champion.
