Max Verstappen was voted Driver of the Day at the 2026 Mexico City Grand Prix, securing the honour with 20.6% of the vote after winning at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez for the sixth time.
The Dutch driver held off Lewis Hamilton to claim victory at the circuit, which has become his most successful track. Hamilton finished third, while Kimi Antonelli crossed the line in third place and claimed his first Formula 1 Drivers’ World Championship, according to the source.
Sergio Perez received 18.6% of the Driver of the Day vote, followed by Hamilton with 15.4%, Antonelli with 11.3% and Charles Leclerc with 5.6%.
