Formula 1 heads to São Paulo for the 20th race weekend of the 2026 season, with the Grand Prix scheduled for Sunday, November 8. Kimi Antonelli will arrive in Brazil as the newly crowned World Champion after third place in Mexico City secured the title. The Italian will be looking to add to the nine victories from his championship-winning campaign. Mercedes could also clinch the Constructors’ Championship, while Red Bull and Ferrari remain potential contenders for the race win after strong performances in Mexico.
Track action begins with Free Practice 1 at 12:30 local time on Friday, November 6, followed by Free Practice 2 at 16:00. Final practice is set for 11:30 on Saturday, November 7, with qualifying at 15:00. The Grand Prix starts at 14:00 on Sunday.
Live coverage of every session is available through F1 TV Pro in selected countries. The service includes onboard cameras from all 22 cars and pre- and post-race shows, and can be streamed on Apple TV, Chromecast Generation 2 and later, Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku. It offers commentary in six languages and has no ad breaks.
F1 TV Premium offers live race, sprint, qualifying and practice coverage in 4K Ultra HD/HDR on up to six devices, along with a personalised Multiview feature on selected devices with 26 feeds. The service also carries live F2, F3, F1 ACADEMY and Porsche Supercup sessions. Live timing is available on F1.com and the F1 app throughout the weekend.
The race takes place at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace, commonly known as Interlagos. The circuit has hosted the event in its current configuration since 1990 and has appeared on the calendar every year since, except for 2020. Its fast corners, elevation changes and long main straight create overtaking opportunities, particularly at Turn 1.
Rain is possible at several points over the weekend. Friday practice could see heavy rain, mainly in the morning, while thunderstorms are forecast for Saturday. Sunday’s race is also at risk of rain, though it is expected to be lighter.
